Alex, I only agree with you on Trudy and Neyney.

Too... much... homework... can't.... must... NOOOOOOOOO!!!

There is an art, it says, or rather, a knack to flying. The knack lies in learning how to throw yourself at the ground and miss. Clearly, it is this second part, the missing, which presents the difficulties.

Every time I attempt to post my edited theory, it spams me out. I posted it on the Submachine theories-discussion thread.

Post a normal thread, then edit it to add the thoery.

That's how you get through the filter.

Nah, when I tried to edit my original theory, it stopped that too.

I know I'm DP, but I need to see if that works.

    Brane Theory

    Origin
I got this theory from reading an article in Discovery magazine. It was talking about different ideas of the creation of the universe. One theory, the one I most believe in, is called the Brane Theory. This theory states that every universe is contained within a large multiverse. Within this multiverse, or Brane, lie an infinite number of other, smaller universes lower down on a dimensional scale. The touching or collision of these two universes will cause an event such as a Big Bang. These universes can be completely different, or almost exactly the same, seeing as an infinite number of universes are theorized to exist, anything is able to happen.

    Formation
My idea on how the Submachine was created is this. A multitude of different universes collided, all having the same physics, universal laws, and timelines. This stopped them from exploding or bouncing off each other, rather, they merged, and created the Submachine. This melding of the universes was able to take technology and parts of the universe from different worlds, merging them all together were the universes overlapped. This may explain why we see such high-tech things in Sub 6.

    Exploration (extra)
Normal humans however, were not able to access this place, because the dimensional walls were still in place. Certain scientists however, learned how to distort time and space, first by creating teleporters, which, for obvious reasons, were kept secret. These teleporters ripped apart time and space breaking the dimensional walls, and allowing access to the Submachine. The first explorers of the Submachine found an already-built civilization. The ancient people knew of no Submachine, the ruins of their civilizations were simply put into the Submachine by random chance. Anyway, the first explorers sent teams out to build upon the submachine, and installed their rudimentary teleporters there. The control hub we see in Sub 5 was made because the scientists needed to keep control over the Submachine, and to monitor it carefully. Their main objective was to explore the Submachine and hopefully take over and map all of it. The Systems of the Submachine were brought in from the future. Perhaps they were already defense systems, perhaps they came from a future were the humans were under the rule of the machine, it makes no difference. They learned (or already knew) how to control the Submachine, and began to take it over. They removed all biological evidence from the Submachine, explaining why we see no dead bodies in the Submachine. Mur was the first one to access the Submachine naturally. Through telekinesis or meditation, I don't know. He, like the other people before him, sent out teams to explore the Submachine. These teams suffered amnesia and psychosis by one or both of these two things. One: The dimensional combinations created a small distortion of space, and moved the cells in the brain far enough to lose memory and mind. Two: The Subbots wanted to purify the Submachine, and moved the space themselves to do the same thing. The Subbots have a limited control over time and space, a byproduct of existing in the Submachine, where they examined the dimensional anomalies there.

    The Loop
The Loop is also a byproduct of the Submachine. The loop took a few parts from various time periods, teleporters, various machinery, put them together, added with a few dimensional anomalies, such as the ability to stretch into infinity, and voila.

    The Core
The Core is where the gateway back to our universe is. Mur wants to head there so he can leave the Submachine, and go back home.

    Now for the general summarizations.

    Origin
Just read it. Its not even really that important.

    Formation
Multiple universes in multiple timelines collided, merging together, and where they overlapped became the Submachine.

    Exploration
    Exploration 1 (Old explores)
Scientists access Sub via teleporter, which distorts time and space, breaking dimensional walls and allowing access to the Submachine. They only want to map the Submachine. Old civilizations were added to Submachine by chance, they knew of no Submachine.
    Exploration 2 (Mur)
Mur discovered the Submachine naturally, sent teams out to explore it, just like the old explorers did.
    Exploration 3 (Subbots)
The Subbots were added to the Submachine from the future. They figured out how to distort time and space by studying the dimensional anomalies of the Submachine.
    Exploration 4 (Mind loss)
The explorers lost memory and mind either because of natural space distortion of the Submachine, or distortion caused by the robots.

If there's an option to turn the Askimet system to manual spam instead of automatic, how many of you would like that switch? That means us moderators would have to manually spam instead of the system spammming posts automatically.
