    I liked this better than Sub 4. I think Sub 6 will be even more good!

    what's up with Sub2 that its your favourite? express yourself and I'll try to take that into consideration while making S6. But dont write just "great atmosphere", be more specific about it.

    It was so mysterious, and you pratically tripled your knowledge of the story. It was nice and long, and it was just overall awesome. If you want to know what I think Sub6 needs, check out the thread.

    I will answer anyway. You can beat me later.

    1th - 'Soundtrack': Especially in the red place (archaeological dig?). That phonograph makes a weird-creepy sound.
    2th - Scenery: Very detailed drawings, marking very well the Lighthouse, making you feel that you are really there.
    3th - Ilumination: The word means it self, besides the difficult in the dark sewers in some monitors.
    4th - Colors: But that's good in all MS games.

    I think that the puzzles really helped sub2. I can't think of any that were at all convoluted or difficult, but I can't think of any that were too easy or boring, either.

    I liked the E=MC2 puzzle in particular.

    The dark sewers were a bit creepy. I didn't like the fact they were too dark, but dark areas tend to get chills running up and down my spine, along with creepy music. Makes you think something is going to jump out at you.

    reading your thoughts gives me a blurry picture of what happened when sub2 was released and why it remains the favourite part.

    It's because it's predecessor - submachine 1 - was small and rather easy and with such background no one expected the second submachine to be as big and complicated as it was - ergo - the favourite part.

    Unfortunately that is now completely unrepeatable. Your expectations concerning new subamchines are way above the roof, nothing will satisfy you anymore.

    I wouldn't say that sub2's success is unrepeatable. After all, sub3 surpised everyone with its format, and sub4 sort of surprised everyone with the multiple areas...
