I sped toward the ground at super-sonic. Ah, it was good to finally fly again. Then again, dive-bombing isn't technically a form of flight, but still, it was better than sitting up in a Cloud all day. I Focused in on the Puppet. Yep, there they were, several vortexes, red and purple, swirling around inside and around him.
Demons
I looked around. There was the Elemental, alright. Sila-something, said the Watchers. And his two siblings, their energy fields still attached to him. The Creator was right, he is a powerful one.
I'll have to be careful around that one
I also saw a mortal, but he seemed too inconsequential to deal with right now. Still, I suppose he was worth a second-
Oh no.
Oh NO NO NO NO NO!
There, a mortal, was looking straight at me. I quickly gathered my wings, and their invisible properties, around me. I only hoped that the mortal thought I was just a bird or something, and didn't alert his demon companion. I angled myself off to the side, and landed in a nearby pond.
I jumped out of the pond, gave my wings a quick flap to get all the water off them, and headed towards where the demon was talking and Elemental were talking.Posted 6 months ago # -
@Alamos: It doesn't really matter so long as the plothole-filler works. Besides, I think I might be integrating an unfair amount of my own fictional principles for magic and such... I will elaborate if asked to.
Domine's eyes suddenly glowed blue. "There is a great disturbance in the force," he said. His eyes then returned to normal.
After a pause, Domine said, "Shut up, Sorrow. You're such an idiot."
"What Was That About?" asked Alamos (notice the Alamos-esque capitalization
)"Well, you see, the one who just said that stupid thing was Sorrow, one of the eight demons inside me. To further elaborate for your convenience, there are seven primary magical elements plus Chaos, the inherent element of demons. Now, we demons generally specialize in two elements, but one is inherently chaos. As such, the eight demons in my body each have a different secondary element. Now Sorrow's secondary element is water, which enables him to detect even the slightest changes relating to water in the places around 'him.' What he meant to imply by what he just said is that something has happened in the pond nearby here."
"That Seems Like A Rather Long, Drawn-Out Explanation," Alamos replied. "On Another Note, May I Ask Who Is Speaking Now?"
"That would be Alamos," Domine replied politely, intentionally giving a useless answer.

Alamos Was About To Reply, When He Noticed A Strange Figure Walking Towards Them, Looking Like He Didnt Want Too Be Seen...
Suddenly, Making Use Of His Extremely High Jumping Hight He Jumped Up Into A Tree Soundlessly,
And Looked Down, The Figure (Mono) Looked Confused, Probabely Wondering Where Alamos Had Gone.
Then, Using His Immense Speed, He Jumped The Figure, Litterally JUMPED Him, But Instead Of Landing On A Hard Surface (Monos Back) He Instead Landed On Something Light And Feathery...
He Decided To Sort That Out Later, And Instead Decided To Bring Him To Domine,
And In One Swift Movement, Just As Fast As He Had Jumped/Fell,
He Grabbed Mono's Arm (Very Tightley) And Almost Threw Mono At Domines Feet.
''If You Too Are So Well Acuainted, Do You Know This Guy??'' Alamos Said.(Mono Is Shocked/Surprised And Takes A Moment To Say Anything.)

[Character 1:]
'There are guards out there you know.' Anteroinen said as Zombyrus opened the door. 'You probably want to get rid of them yourself?'
'I would. Certainly. But there are no guards what so ever.', Zombyrus said and the tone of his voice revealed that he was as suprised as Anteroinen.
'We shall go then?'
'Yes. What's your name by the way? Mine's Zombyrus.'
'Anteroinen Okram. One of the Dufnenham Okrams.'
'I see', Zombyrus said as he walked along the empty corridor. All doors were closed, but not many had inhabitants anymore. So many killed, Anteroinen thought, or had these cells been full in the first place?
'What can you do?', asked Zombyrus suddenly.
'What do you mean 'do'?
'I make stuff out of nothing. It is called 'Synthesis'
'Oh, I can make gusts of wind. Atleast I think so.'
'Interesting...', Zombyrus said as they reached the elevator door. The elevator looked repaired, but it HAD a caution tag on it.
[Character 2:]
Denma had arrived to the most peculiar treehouse he had ever seen. Something smelled nice. Mmmm... potatoes....
He knocked on the door with one of those rings which you bang the door with. What were they called again? Nah. Doesn't matter.
The door opened...

And Mono does not get a chance to, as Si-lat-try-strom gets there first: "What was THAT? No human could naturally do that without magical assistance!". It dives very close to Alamos, it's blue/purple eye-sparks staring deeply into Alamos's face..."And yet there is none. What manner of being are you, who is capable of capturing..." and here it burst into a very disturbing mix of mocking laughter and howling screams, "An Angel! And it looks like he has just descended too, with the look on his face! What is it? Is The Creator promoting Watchers now?! Surely He relises that will not be enough to stop us! Domine, do you want to interrogate him, or shall I?".

Mono
Well, the Creator's not gonna be happy about this
I looked around. That darn mortal caught me! And what happened, I was invisible, at least to anyone less than a demi-god. And that elemental was here, no way could I beat him. I looked up at my captors. They were apparently discussing what to do with me. Oh, this wasn't good. I knew what I had to do. An Angels second-to-last resort. I had to kill myself.
Now, suicide when you're an Angel is something completely different than when your a mortal. For one (obviously) you do not "die" as people call it, but rather your structural integrity is comprised willingly, and you collapse upon yourself, causing an explosion about one fifth of a nuclear one. The bad part is, that I would be killing a lot of innocents, and it will hurt. ALOT.
*sigh* I suppose it had to be done, unfortunately. Oh the Creator is really not gonna be happy about-

True, I had asked for their assistance and I was getting a little tired of not knowing anything, but since the vortex had apparently just EATEN AN SEAGULL AND WAS NOW A GIANT BIRD-MONSTER THING I had decided it better for me to just hide behind the bushes and wait this thing out. I could hardly hear what they were saying, but what I did notice was two things:
1. One of the people (if you can call the creepy bird-vortex thing a person) had eight balls, floating around him.
2. There was a man creeping through the trees, with some sort of white-things on his back.
Wait…were those…wings?!
This was just getting all to stressful and confusing for me, so when the creepy-looking guys caught the winged man, I well….lost it.
The blast seemed to have incapacitated everyone except for the winged guy, who was staring around, probably wondering what happened. He looked at me, and stared some more.
"C'mon, lets get out of here, before they get back up."
I, however, was still staring at the explosion site.
"C'mon! We have to get outa here now!!"
Who are you?! And what the hell is going on here!?!?
"I'm Mono, a Descended Angel, and, by the looks of it, you have enough power to help me with my mission"
I just stared and stared.
"Angel?! What in God's name are you talking about!?"
"Shhh, its not to good to be saying that, names have power, and we don't want anymore Demons being drawn to us"
"Demons…. you mean those creepy guys?"
"Yup, that's my mission, destroy all creepies"
The "Angel", as he calls himself, picked me up, spread his wings (still not getting over that), and flew off.Posted 6 months ago # -
-->Erm, Mono, this is minor, but Domine is the one with the eight demons controlling him (which I imagine to be the meaning of the eight orbs you mentioned) but the seagull-thing was the other guy...
Domine had been literally torn to pieces by the blast. He was scattered around quite a radius.
"Well shit," Contempt (the dark-aligned demon) said to his brothers.
"I think it's time we stopped messing around," Pox (the life-aligned one*) said in a low voice.
"I second that," Blind (the light-aligned demon) noted.
*The seven magical elements according to me are fire, water, earth, wind, light, dark and life.
Domine's split body parts pulled sharply back together and his grievous wounds healed, leaving incredibly badass scars. He turned to the remains of Alamos (who was of course also blasted to pieces) and said a word or two in the Elder Spirit Tongue (which is even older and more forgotten than the Forgotten Spirit Tongue). Alamos's scattered limbs also sharply pulled together and healed into badass scars (which, Domine casually mentioned, he could remove if that suited Alamos).

Zombyrus, out of lack of things to do, had been explaining what he knew of Synthesis to Anteroinen. The elavator was moving excruciatingly slowly and producing a screech that varied in volume. Zombyrus had realized a bit too late that they probably should've used the stairs."It's really just creating matter. Obviously that defies the Law of Conservation of Matter, but scientists never consider this kind of stuff. I guess it's magic or something nobody would believe in... But Synthesis has lots of weaknesses. For one, it's time consuming and tiring, but more importantly, nothing made by Synthesis lasts forever. Supposedly some ancient people had managed to make items that lasted long enough to be used constantly, like swords... but I can only make things that last for seconds so far."
"So how did you learn to do this?"
"I found it all in these books written in a code only I can read," Zombyrus replied casually. "Honesly I don't even know how I can do it. It's just like second nature. Scholars in my hometown puzzled over the code for years, but as soon as I could read I could crack that code..."
"Did you tell all those scholars about it then?"
"I would have, but the very first line of the book read, 'Whoever you are who now reads this book, keep its contents a secret and keep these arts lost, or civilization as it has become will crumble.' As such I'm also not going to tell you how to do Synthesis, if you were wondering..."

[Character 1:]
"Don't worry. I'm not asking. The book didn't have anything about wind controlling did it?", Anteroinen asked.
"No. Some notes were occasionally made of other powers than Synthesis, such as Flight, Pyrokinesis and Invisibility, but the info was about Synthesis only.", Zombyrus said.
"Pyrokinesis?"
"Yeah, controlling of fire."
"So I do aerokinesis or something?"
"How should I know? I just read a book, that's all.", and just as Zombyrus said that the lift stopped moving and the doors opened...
[Character 2:]
This was the most peculiar kitchen he had ever seen. The floor looked like a mixture of wood and stone, and there were books and cooking apparatus covering every other surfaces.
"Stew, Denma?", the lady asked.
"Thank you, how did you know my name?", Denma asked as he was taking the stew.
"It is written...", the lady started. But Denma asked;
"To the stars?"
"No, silly. It is written to your pyjamas there, on your shoulder.", the woman said a giggled a bit.
"Well what's your name may I incuire?"
"Zenoa, the...", Zenoa stopped he almost had said 'the witch of this park', but that wasn't something this person should get to know. "... park manager.", she finally continued.
"You like cooking, don't you?", said Denma glaring at the walls.
"Oh yes. You're a clever one aren't you. What takes you to these parts of the park?"
"Oh I'm just... um... taking a walk."
'Yeah right!', though Zenoa, 'Don't worry I'll dig up the truth soon enough!'

The Blast Knocked Alamos Backward, He didnt Know What Caused It, But It Definitely Happened And Whilst This Happened, He Was Forced Into An Out-Of-Body Expeirience.
At That Point, Alamos Felt A Strange Sensation, Like Being Ripped Apart Before Your Eyes, While Your Brain Cannot Detect Any Pain, Then He Realised That He Was Being Ripped Apart By The Blast And The Force Of Thee Blast Had Nummed His Senses. Just Perfect.
But Then He Felt Another Feeling, Like Having Your Body Be Somehow Built From The Ground Up.
(Like How A Lego Statue Feels When It Is Being Constructed)
Then Again He Realised He Was Bieng Rebuilt.
As Alamos Exited His Out Of Body Expierence, He Saw That Domine Was Staring Over Him, And That The Man He Had Ambushed Was Litterally Spreading His Wings And Flying Away... AND Not Only That But Carrying Someone Aswell???
To Alamos This Was One Of The Biggest Insults Anyone Could Have Ever Said To Him.
Alamos -(Whilst Still Sitting Down)- ,In One Movement, Angrily Grabbed A Stone Next To Him, And Threw It At The Man With Wings, And Although He Missed The Man With Wings, He Hit The Guy He Was Carrying... In The Back Of The Neck.(This Causes Patient 9 To Become Unconscios)

Zenoa Tried Asking A Few Questions To Denma, But This Went NoWhere, So Decided To Cast A Small Truth Spell On Him, Temporally.Posted 6 months ago # -
[Char2:]
Denma had eaten the stew. Kind of a weird texture, but it was very good! Zenoa was doing something TOTALLY kitchen related behind his back so he could just casually glare to the (rather odd) books. 'History of Weird, Ridiculous and Invisible Cookouts', 'Kinesa X', 'Hypnotic book about Hypnosis', 'Aquatic book about Water', 'You certainly didn't know this about ants!', 'Pyromanical book about FIre', 'Reading books for dummies', 'Latin-Pig latin dictionary', 'Meteorology for dummies', 'There is a world out there and you're reading a BOOK?!?' and even something as weird as 'How to make pies'
Behind him Zenoa was mumbling something;
Flying bird, sit upon the world egg.
Light bends and travels from mouht to eye.
Speak in tongs' of long lost skies.
Tell the truth, for crying out loud!Denma suddenly felt like all was fine. He felt oblidged to anwser every presented question. Funny.

Domine had not needed to do anything to Si-lat-try-strom, as it had reformed within seconds of Mono flying off. It stung though - whatever the human's power was, it was light-aligned, explaining the effect on him, as well as the lack of effect on the Angel. And this meant he must be killed without mercy. Si-lat-try-strom cannoned off in the horizontal direction of Mono and his helper, in order to see where they were going. Due to the balance of Light and Dark, the Angel and Elemental's top speed were exactly the same, although Si-lat-try-strom could reach it faster than Mono, who had not used his wings properly in a long while.
Losing its bird-form as it acellerated, and staying close to the ground, the Chaos Elemental looked like a great streak of black fire. And while it was chasing Mono, it was getting on with wrecking civilisation in general. While it avoided direct collisions, it made sure to clip any building or other large flammable objects it flew close to. This resulted in the creation of Darkfire, Si-lat-try-strom's faverate weapon of Chaos. It's reputation was such that the achient Greeks created a formula (known as Greek Fire, funnily enough) to replicate it, although it was not nearly as powerful as the original. Darkfire spread fast, ignited on nearly all liquids and solids, and the only things that could quench it was completly removing the air from the local atmosphere, or extinuishing it with blood, the purer the better - resulting in many, many virgin sacrifices when it was used against humanity. And as a result of this high speed chase, Si-lat-try-strom was spreading it all over Dillingham. It couldn't wait for Mono to turn around and see what he had indirectly done...Posted 6 months ago # -

Denma had a weird feeling that he had told Zenoa very much about something. He wasn't certain though. He didn't remember telling anything...
He glimpsed out of the window. Smoke! Something was burning somewhere. Quite far away fortunately. Some black dot seemed to be flying around like an angry wasp. How odd. [Denma doesn't mention this to Zenoa]
Zenoa was sitting in a comfy sofa drowned with pillows of many kinds. Denma wondered if the lady collected pillows.
She was mumbling about something and she was reading 'Aquatic Book about Water' by Nixa Desiderata. Once in a while she curiously looked over the book to Denma as if to get her mind settled.
"So", she said,"... aquakinesis".
"Excuse me?"
